I bought Premium Pass instead of Premium Pass and Deluxe Upgrade Bundle

I accidentally bought Premium Pass for Battlefield 1 instead of Premium Pass and Deluxe Upgrade Bundle, so I didn't receive the Deluxe Upgrade. Can I get the Deluxe Upgrade for free or must I pay for it? Thanks.

edit: I bought Premium Pass during the offer window on Origin

  • @EA_David I'm having a same issue right now. I heard about the offer and just purchased the premium pass today to get the deluxe upgrade also. I didn't know that there is a separate link for the bundle. I've contacted EA help for the resolution but EA advisor didn't response yet. I opened the chat session and am waiting since afternoon. Can you advise any other options?

    @k0_paing Hi,. you'd need to talk with support. If a direct contact/chat wasn't connecting after some time it's possible that there's a local blocker preventing things from going through. 

    Perhaps swapping to a different browser or device will help you to get through?

  • Yesterday I bought the premium pass in Walmart. I thought I was able to receive the bundle also with that purchase.
