I can not log into battlelog!

Good thing is that I can not log into my battlelog for battlefield 3. I have my EA account and I have all proved necessary in order to have my battlelog. But when I go to Initiate session tells me I have to buy to enter the battlefield and I I have the game and played as many games.
I wish that I could respond and give a solution to this problem, I play on Xbox 360.

your gamer tag is most likely linked to a different email adress
try remembering other email addresses of yours or contact support so they can help you identify the account your xbox is linked with

Thank you for taking the time to see my problem.
about my gamertag is linked to this email /edit by admin: e-mail deleted I have no more gamertag q just this and yet I can not enter.
What else I can do to access Battlelog?

if youre playing battlefield on the xbox already and Battlelog tells you "buy this game to get acces to battlelog" your gamertag is definitely linked to a different email address
unfortunately i am not able to help you locate that email address but if you write/call/chat with customer support they will be able to locate your account for sure

Thank you very much for responding, I will make one last question. As last I have to do to enter the chat and talk with a counselor of the EA? would appreciate your response in advance, and I try to go through the HELP and EA does not give me the option to cliclear the option to speak via the chat page.

Hi Gamingchile,
The CHAT support is only available if you selected America (United States) or United Kingdom as you language, if you have Danish or any other language selected it will not be possible.
If you are on American or UK, is the option grayed out for you?
