I cannot use the acquired weapons that are unlocked later in the game on BF1

Question

I have met all the requirements for the Fedorov Avtomat trench gun and have unlocked the weapon. While the weapon appears unlocked in the main menu, I cannot access the weapon during the game.

Has anyone had this problem before and was able to solve it? I would be grateful if you could help me.

I imagine that this is related to the servers issues that are being heavily reported here at the moment. It's being worked on, but there hasn't been a solution found yet unfortunately.

I'm having the same problem and I don't know what to do. It bothers me a lot since I bought the premium one and the game started to go wrong. I can't level up or unlock the weapons.
