Try the following to be sure your discrete GPU(your 860M) is being used rather than the on-board IGP(Intel HD)
- Open the nvidia control panel
- Manage 3D settings, Program settings tab
- Click add to choose the program to customize
- Click browse and choose: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\bf4.exe
- Set your graphics preferences and click apply.
