I am really sorry for those issues with the game. What platform are you on? Have you checked your app`s settings for it to show your stats for the corresponding platform? Keep us posted.

Thank you @Hughes-r-27 for this screenshot. Have you tried to reinstall the app on your phone? Can you view your stats on PC?

I have reinstalled the app and I have tried on pc, but no matter what I do I still can't see them , there are other people on the battlefield facebook page who have experienced the ssme.

You are playing both Battlefield 1 and 4 on the same console with the same account? You might need to get in touche with EA Advisers directly on this, since we can`t manage individual players accounts on our forum. Keep us posted.

I'm having the same problem but when I try to log into my ea account for the same email as my xbox account all my stuff disappears like I've never played battlefield before, any of them. All I want to do is check out my stats and mess with my load out/emblem

When you log into the app it might be defaulting to the PC profile. Go to your account within the app and swap to your Xbox One profile.
You need to make sure you're logging into the email address you have assigned to your EA account that the Xbox Gamertag is synced to.
A way to find out what email your Xbox Gamertag is synced to is to log in to our EA Help site by using the Xbox Live login button at the bottom. Once signed in, click on Accounts at the top and then change email address. You'll see it displayed there.
