Same, I have 11 battlepacks, whenever I try to get into the battlepack screen, it shows an error message asking me to "try again," which I do and still nothing. I also have 0 (ZERO) scraps - whereas I should have around 150. Help!!! I want to get premium but I don't want those 14 superior battlepacks to get screwed.

The EXACT same thing happened to me. all of my scraps were gone and my premium battlepack too. This may be due to some Dice's servers that they rent from Amazon are down. These servers could normally some information about battlepacks.
