Every time I go to open my battle packs or get a new weapon it either says purchase failed, or starts to bring up the load screen and fails.. I have 11 battle packs and I can’t open them, I’ve tried restarting my Internet, game and console but nothing helps, can anyone offer any sort of solution?

    If you have any issues with Battlefield 1 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
