I have the same issue. 2-3 years ago i had to reinstall windows and after that i could not use the origin loader anymore due to ea app BS. Since then i have not been able to play bf3. I have tried reinstalling, switching from hdd to m2 harddrives and back again, deleting/moving the license file etc. I contacted ea support and told them what the problem was and the things i had tried to do, never heard from them. This is and always has been Ea games problem, they dont care, they cash in and give you the middle finger. Good luck.
