i can't see my game !

I bought my BF4 and acess Premium today, and my order is confirmed but when i acess origin software, don't show my game! i don't know what to do ! PLEASE HELP ME

I was there but don't show the BF4, only show need for speed world what don't function more !
I click in reload my games but nothing happen !
