I completed all the challenges, but no black bess skin wtf?

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I completed all the achievement and collected all codex pages and field manuals, but i don't get all of the weapons skins and I'm missing black bess tank skin. WTF big trouble for nothing, I'm little disappointed for this bug spoils my hard work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? completed all the achievement and collected all codex pages and field manuals on xbox one and see
What happens when the bug occurs? No weapons skins unlocket, but I have all achievement (31/31)
Please select your region Europe
In what game mode did the bug occur? Single Player Campaign
In what Single Player War Story did the bug occur? Through Mud and Blood
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB

    Have you checked Ingame if you can equip the Skin on your Vehicle?

    Battlefield Companion is still Bugged at some point.
    So maybe it's just showing wrong!

    Yes I have and no black bess skin ingame. And Auto Revolver  skin missing too. I just pay premium on this game and I hope this  bug goes a away .

    You are not the only one. I have also completed entire campaign on hard mode and these skins are missing too.

    I have also checked in the multiplayer tank customization screen and only flying scotsman is there but no black bess.

    It seems that it is EA side issue and I am also a premium member whos ticket on this is being ignored.

    I feel sorry of you to share this bug, all the achievements for nothing. Please EA fix this bug.

    It works now for me... I play some single player challenges (again) and unlocked black bess skin and rest of the skins.  Try this method and give feedback if it works or not....

    this bug happened to me as well, do i need to wait because that is what i did for the auto revolver, i had to wait a few hours or smth but i finished all of the challenges and i haven't gotten the C96 skin or black bess, so do i need to do all the missions or some certain missions

    Hi @Sonny7II This thread hasn't been active since 2017 so I'm going to have to lock it.

    However, if you're missing in-game items which you've earned, then it's usually a case of playing a match of multiplayer to completion and staying on the same server until the next match begins before quitting, or opening a case at help.ea.com.
