I did not get the key of battlefield 3 premium edition

Hello. 2 weeks ago I bought battlefield 3 premium edition, but key did not come to me. why the key did not come?

I need to confirm with you first, before I proceed.

Did you bought a pre-owned copy or a brand new copy of Battlefield 3? And, did you bought it from a local game store or through Origin?
