i fell in battlefield 4

I repaired my game. Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it. I;m still having the same problem on the first mission. The characters and objects keep bouncing up and down like a glitch. Then when i was going up the elevator on the first mission, i dropped down to something i don't know about and now im stuck down there on the latest checkpoint. Please help me.

Did you update anything such as your drivers before this started happening?

Can someone please help me with this issue. i cannot get past the first mission.

@graywolf2011 What system are you on? I'd guess PC but I want to be sure. Can you play the multiplayer portion of the game without issue?

I installed all the windows updates, i installed the latest graphics driver. I already answered my question when i called EA. They told me that my intergradted graphics card is not up to par.

So I am buying a gaming computer. It has good specs and it will run it flawlessly. Thank you for your concern on my issue.
