i forgot and lost an account that was connected to my game's serial code

my computer broke a few years ack and so i have forgotten the account stuff. so i decided to install it on another computer and when i went in i created a new account and it did not let me use the serial code again. (BTW its not this one)

    Product code can be activated only one time and only for one Account. So, you need to use account that has been used for activation a code before.  If you do not remember account information, please contact EA support. They can help you recover access to it and recover access to game.  Please open this link to learn How to contact EA support
