I forgot my code to redeem for the multiplayer

I Bought the Limited edition game and played it for a long time. The thing is the disk got scratched and it corrupted the config file. So i Bought another disk and deleted the config file. I then reinstalled the game and patched accordingly. Is it possible for me to get incontact with some one so i can recover my character and all of his items with out starting over?
