I forgot Origin name and pasword, but I have original cd-keys :( i cant activate my profile back

Hello, I bought Battlefield 3 and Medal of Honor, and for some time played. Then I stopped playing for about half a year. When I wanted to play now, origin you want me to log on, but I forgot what I had information, username and password. I remember that I had alias - Doktorzhor123, I can only log in to the account SvatyCZE, but I think that on this account I have not activated the game.
