i got a global ban from pb

hi i got a global ban from pb but i didnt know why i send a message to evenballance in 8/10/2015 but  no answer till now ??? plz someone till me what can i do  ☹️

this is the same message that evenbalance sent me i got bored they didnt care about anything got banned and they said you will not unban so ea will let us with evenbalance like that ??????????????????????
