i got Ban from Punkbuster ?

I'm sorry but the forum staff on Answers HQ won't know why you were banned by Punkbuster. If you've been banned by Punkbuster, first try uninstalling it and re-download the latest version from their site. If you're still banned, you'll need to reach out to Even Balance so they can take a look. They will need to determine if the ban can be overturned.

@EA_LannaHello, I contacted EA support, and they told me to talk to PunkBuster support. I mean I sent a case to them, but there is no answer yet from them.

Same here , I was welcomed with a GUID ban . I was banned for trying to fix this punkbuster anticheat. It somehow detected an aimbot on my PC , funny enough i don't even have cheats installed on my PC and never used cheats. And if there is any doubt just search my name on the battlelog and my KD/R speaks for itself as im a casual gamer not a sweaty one . Ive appealed the ban on even balance and PBbans . Its not fair if te anticheat is broken to ban a player for trying to fix it or make the game work
