I have Playstation plus but BF1 is asking me to buy Playstation plus again

Once I select "Join the multiplayer experience" it bring me to the page where your supposed to buy PS+. What do I do

Also why does this game take like 13 hours to download

Edit: It fixed itself. Seem like you just have to keep resetting your application. (That's a great fix ya know, never would of thought of that)
