I need help from a real human being I am in a universe where the AI spout nonsen

This is the most frustrating website I've ever been on to try and get help with a simple task, I want to talk to a human being not this robot who just keeps spouting nonsense at me, me asking help from a human being was met with "i see you want to harm yourself" the Ui is garbage, going anywhere is time consuming and a headache, listen I just want to change my name on my account to something else, me trying to change it at all keeps being met with error with the characters you are using when i am just using numbers and letters and it doesn't tell me what is wrong, can i get some help here please. this is the only way i found i can get a message sent to anywhere where a human being can read my issue.

    @EA_cuervo thanks a lot i appreciate this first place i went showed what you are showing me but as a png i hope they can change the ui in the future to be easier to follow so people in my situation who never use this site can understand where they need to go easier

    Hey @zombinachanmon,

    If you're unable to change your account name, you can try contacting EA Help Support and ask them for assistance with it. 

    If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

    @EA_cuervo turned out it was an error that can not be resolved on EA's end so guess i'm keeping the name i'm cool with it i still like it but sometimes i just like changing things up they said can not be done on their end in any way and don't have a tool for it
