On PC, use the Origin client at Origin.com - you can read more about how to redeem here: https://help.ea.com/article/origin-code-redemption-faq
Just go to Origin log whit your account press Origin in the top bar press Redeem Product Code then follow the instructions on how to activate your game just complete the activation process then press your game icon in origin and then press download when it is finished install it update it and you are all set to go that is all
