So you guys aren't employees but both responded with the same stock answer? You didn't even answer my question! I said I have not received ANY emails from EA after signing up.
I havent heard of anybody receiving wallpapers or anything like that.
When you go to the Battlefield site, https://www.battlefield.com/ , click on "Insider". If you signed up correctly, you should see the message in the below screenshot.
