I was blocked from all private servers in Battlefield 4.

On October 5th, I found a server while playing Battlefield 4. The server had zero server personnel, but when they entered the server, all 63 robots were committing suicide with grenades. When I kill a soldier who committed suicide, the score was abnormally very high. If I kill with one gun, all the attachments except the battle pack attachment of the gun were unlocked. Also, my level has been promoted from level 50 to level 140. When I entered another private server after leaving the server, I was expelled shortly after, and this phenomenon occurs on all private servers. The server has disappeared shortly, but my account has not been restored and I have inquired with EA, but no answer has been received. I never used an unauthorized program. What should I do?
