I was charged 109.98 for some lies and a beta

I was charged 109.98 for some lies and a beta ,I thought I was buying battlefield 4 but what i got was an unfinished broken pile or crap and some false advertisement about server priority.......can I get in to contact with your legal team

I found this from another site....hope it helps
"Probably the best way to let EA know about this is to email [edit: email address removed] and it will get forwarded to the correct department. You could also try CCing [edit: email address removed] but that may or may not go through"

Wow you tell him to speak with the legal team then also in the same statement tell the person that you do not have that info. Not very good help. The company must know they are really close to haveing a big problem wow just wow.
