"I WAS THERE" Dog Tag

I know that I'm late but I haven't received my "I WAS THERE" dog tag back then with the reveal of BF4. I signed in there I remember but I didn't get it when the game released and I had not power to ask for it. I am looking forward to see a developer to help with this. Thanks!

    Well I was talking with an advisor and he told me to ask here I'm really frustrated at this point. There is no way to talk to a real developer?

    Sadly that was incorrect. No one can help you here with this problem. If you have your case number ID, send that to me and I will escalate it. As for devs, they dont grant tags over the forums sorry.
