I'd like to purchase Battlefield 1942 from gog.com
Please Electronic Arts (EA) sell Battlefield 1942 on gog.com and strip out GameSpy in a patch.

If you buy it from Amazon, I believe that is possible to redeem it on your Origin account.
Because in 2012, EA made a digital copy of BF 1942 for its 10th anniversary.
I redeemed mine few months ago and it worked - few months later, I asked a friend of mine to try redeem his code on his account and it also worked.
P.S. mine version is different than his because mine came with both DLCs and his did not and still both worked.
