If i buy Premium later, will it upgrade the Deluxe version of BF1

Not sure if i got your question right but, only difference between Deluxe and Ultimate edition is that Deluxe don't have Season Pass in it. Other than that it is the same. So in case that you buy Deluxe Edition first you get all additional content (Red Baron stuff, Lawrence stuff etc) and packs. Having this in game, when you purchase Ultimate you most probably wont be granted those packs/stuff again. 

In case that you have Standard version, planing to buy Season Pass ( premium ) it won't upgrade to Ultimate edition. You will have Standard version plus Season Pass.

If you bought the Deluxe Edition and buy Premium Pass later, so you should have all the same Ingame stuff like if you would buy the Ultimate Edition!

I think it will not really upgrade it to Ultimate, because it's just the Edition name.(not sure about that)

But you will have the same things!
(Ultimate Edition includes ---> BF1 Deluxe Edition + Premium Pass)

If you bought premium without Deluxe edition = Not ultimate

If you bought premium + Deluxe = Ultimate
