ignored by ea-games

Making a long history as short as possibly. I boguht bf3 premium from ea😕 homepage 25/6-13. The money was drawn from my account whit an transaction number to worldpay. Didnt get a code. Called ea-games support but the y said that they dont have any resonsibility for that so i must call worldpay  and try to resolve this by my self, strange but i did so. Mailed the info i hade to worldpay but they claimed that they hadnt gor the money. Called my bank and got all the referencenumbers and so and. Mailed worldpay again and same answer.

Called my bang AGAIN and they said that there is nu question abaut worldpay got my money. Now im pisses and starting to "bomb" worldpay whit mail. The last mail i got said that they located my order and put the money where they belonged. Still no code. Made an post at ea😕 side att fb and got an response pretty fast, unfortuanally they are not support so what they could give me an new code and a free game, this is after nearly 2 months after my first contact. At this time im pissed of so i want my money back, well that couldnt they help me whit and was suggested to contact support and so i did. 17/8 i made an complaint and they wanted the conversation whit worlpay and the conversation whit the admin from ea:S homepage that they promised my a new code. I seent them all they needed and to this day i havent got an answer. They are totally ignoring me. Last mess i send them is that i must contact the swedish police. Its scary that a so big company treat thier customs this way
