Done all of that. The only thing that worked temporarily was creating a brand new user profile. Opened once and never again after that.
I had the same problem. Solution: If you have EVGA precision, MSI Afterburner, or any other program with Riva Tuner OSD (On Screen Display) you need to add Origin to the list of programs and change the application detection level to "none"... THERE, SHOULD BE FIXED!!
