Those are all different all around the world, and the "Call BacK", as best I can say, is not a Sunday option (at least, not for a return call before Monday). Telephone support on Sundays hasn't been available for any EA games over the last several months that I am aware of.
Given the low seniority of the very least experienced Game Advisers, who do you suppose ends up stuck with the weekend shifts? Right! The ones who know less than anyone else! Live Chat is slow because they are new, and there are only a few of them working weekends.
Ive got the same problem. I preordered 10 days ago. Today BF4 wont show up in "My Games" and in the purchase history two "refunds" popped up
Well , the high seniority,should be stopping anything they are doing and fix the issue , the game comes out in two days
