I pre-ordered standard + premium and got the charge on my account and everything. Even have the email receipt to prove it. Got the email saying "Good news! You can pre-load." Now BF4 doesn't show up at all in my games list, in my order history my order of BF4 is gone, and even on my bank statement the listing that was there for "Electronic Arts - $49.99" for this has disappeared entirely.
