In-game problems with sidearms, MP443

Since the Aftermath patch, I have been unable to select my MP443 to use as a sidearm. It is no longer available for selection when on the spawn screen, and my player stats on the game's homepage show that I no longer have the MP443 unlocked. I am a Colonel 100, so obviously I have all of the weapons unlocked by now. It has simply disappeared from the game for me.

I also noticed on Battlelog that when I check the right hand side of the screen while viewing my weapon stats, that my MP443 is no longer listed under the "General" section. It says I have 33/33 unlocked, but a picture of the MP443 is not there for selection. Basically, my MP443 is now showing as locked and I have no idea how to unlock it to be able to use it again..

Any solutions for me here?

Havn't heard of this problem before. This you have to contact EA directly.
Go to https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You have to fill out product, category and platform first, and if you pick United States as country you will be able to start a live chat.
Remember to accept the solution if it's correct and press the XP button if somebody helped.

So apparently the reason I haven't been able to choose the MP443 lately is because I've been playing as a US soldier a lot, and as US you are unable to choose the MP443 and instead have to use the M9. When you are Russian, the M9 is not available and instead you have to use the MP443. I've logged almost 700 hours on this game and am just now finding this out. I could have sworn this wasn't the way it worked before the Aftermath patch.
I'm still getting double pistols showing up in my customization screen though. Two .44 scoped, and two 93Rs. One has the accurate kill/service star count, while the other one is set at zero. I have the ability to choose both in the customize screen and equip them to my soldier..
