Inability to play multiplayer or test range

Question

I preordered battlefield 4 and downloaded it right when it came out and -since I downloaded it- I have not even once been able to get into a game. I can play the campaign, but not the multiplayer or test range, which is frustrating since the multiplayer is why I bought bf4 and premium....which is currently a waste of 100$. At first I figured it was an error with me trying to play off of wifi, but I connected it to ethernet and there was absolutely no change. I click "Play now" and as I'm logging in I just get ERROR You were disconnected from EA online[1]

Any help would be great since I am thoroughly unpleased at EA atm.

There are some steps below that you can try:

Make sure that you are using the latest version of Origin
Removing and Re-adding the Origin to the exceptions list for your Firewall/Anti-Virus.

Flushing your DNS cache

Open the Windows Start Menu
Type ‘cmd’ in the ‘Search programs and files’ field and press enter&nbsp;
Type ‘ipconfig /flushdns’ and press enter

I bought battlefield 4 form multiplayer and I can't play because the only thing that happens is It says," Game disconnected You have been kicked. This has happened in every game I've joined.

Please try&nbsp;removing&nbsp;the&nbsp;Battlelog&nbsp;Plugin&nbsp;via&nbsp;the&nbsp;steps&nbsp;here&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;reinstall&nbsp;it.&nbsp;

We'd also recommend making sure that the Ports, listed here, aren't being blocked.
