Incorrect kill count on weapon master dog tag

Hello,

My Deagle Master dog tag only shows 2 kills even though I have more than 2000.  I came across some posts about getting 500 kills again but that was for people who couldn't unlock the tag itself.  My other master dog tags seem to show correct counts.  I have tried getting another service star, unequipping, equipping, but nothing seems to work.

I'm also not sure if this is a Battlefield or Battlelog issue, but any help / ideas would be appreciated.
