Awful that they still dont adress to heavy tank being to fast, and faster than light tank, they should reduce the speed of heavy tank or increase the speed of light tank. Landship was to nerfed they increased it its good... BUt still the light tank is easy to play if u know how to play. heavy tank is the easiest by far and has 3-4 amount of possible repairs, even auto repair wtffffff. only bad players use the heavy tank and therefor the ownage doest reflect as much as for light tank. its sad that some issues are never adressed. if we all start to play heavy tank it will be until next patch that every1 will rage about that.
You should really add a disclaimer to this information.
Those are not the final patch notes, those are the patchnotes as per 8th December sent to some YouTubers etc. (probably so they could make some video's about it).
The final patch notes might be differently worded, have more or less changes or have different values etc than the ones listed in that Google Drive document.

Yea that's right, i saw that Patch Notes Link from a Youtuber.
If we see the Final Patch Notes on the Battlelog Forums, so i'll update my post with a new Link!

- PC: Multiplayer will be offline for 1h starting 08.00 UTC / 12.00 AM PT.
- PS4: Multiplayer will be offline for 1h starting 10.00 UTC / 2.00 AM PT.
- Xbox One: Multiplayer will be offline for 1h starting 12.00 UTC / 4.00 AM PT.
