1. loading a new match
2. after the graphic screen while loading on the black screen with the blinking white cursor is where it occurs for me.

4. when it happens it is before you get to choose a class
5. seems to occur after an hour or 2 of gameplay. every time it freezes the system and the console is restarted it seems to be ok for awhile.
mine is half way through every third match mostly, it jus freezes or boots me off.
1. In the middle of a singleplayer mission, or having a map load on multiplayer
2. In singleplayer, and Black Screen loading of Multiplayer after the Map screen
3.Slim
4.None, I cant get into a match
5. It sends me back to the XMB menu, so I must restart the game everytime.

- What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just join server, in the middle of the match)

My game keeps freezing , i've done the stuff above.
1 & 2 Crashes in various locations. (loading screen, mid game etc)
3. xbox 360 1st gen
4. I mainly play assault & engineer. It's crashed using both.
5. no additional info.
How much more of the same **bleep** are you wantiong to read b4 you realize its a eff up on your end fix the damn servers
we payed money for this you should have fixed it by now

It freezes when customizing classes,vehicles, in the match, especially after first match, if that doesn't lock up.

In the newest expansion (Second.....) the textures are flashing wild with colours.
It all happened after the last update. Have tried deleting and redownloading updates, but no DICE. ;-) :-|

5. mine crashed all the time on loading screens and sometimes during gameplay. it crashed many times during the loading screen for Hainan Resort but i also remember that it crashed during other map loading screens. I was in a xbox live party of 8 ppl last nite for about 6 hours playing bf4 and everyone else in the party had the same issue. my 360 crashed prob 10 times in 6hrs of play
i have not tried installing HD textures yet and i dont know how
i have been having this same issue as well on the 360 slim. During game play , joining game on conquest hardcore ,on some of the maps I was running the same classes support and assault. Very aggravating especially when we are in "clan training".and have to try to get back in the same game. horrible !!!!!!

Do you have any additional information for us? Just obtained and selected "Perimeter Defense" for squad bonus.
1. The majority of the time it was right in the middle of the match when a lot of action was happening but it has happened right after joining a game and being deployed.
2. I have played all of the game modes but I am having most of the problem when playing Obliteration. I've managed to complete matches on all other game modes but I don't think I have made it through one on Obliteration without a freeze. I've been in the middle of battle and have glitched out underneath the world before my Xbox has froze and have to restart.

5. I cleared out my cache and deleted the update files to make sure it wasn't a corrupt file but the first match I got into right after doing so my Xbox froze. The freezing has been pretty severe almost every other match. The game is awesome though keep up the good work and looking forward to the patch.

5. Commander works fine, Campaign works fine, Freezes the system on Multiplayer only. I deleted all caches, deleted unused games, music exc. that were on the HD. Deleted all saved files and started fresh. NOTHING worked I am at my wits end!!

5. It freezes after the loading dash in the right corner goes through about 3 cycles, 4th time this freeze has occurred in about an hour and a half
