[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

====FOUND GLITCH========

I too was getting the level 7 freeze just after deploying to the map while using support kit. Tried different sequences of player setup and found  glitch to be in the field upgrades, Indirect fire pack.  Using this pack will cause the game to freeze, try going back to shadow or another pack to countinue game play.

System: PS3 slim
