[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. nothing, i try to deploy after joining a server, and it freezes insatantly
  2. as soon my soldier appears on screen, in any situation.
  3. ps3, slim 250g
  4. any and all classes have been tried.. engineer works the best. but only for about 2 mins. and then freezes upon spawning on a squad mate
  5. i literally cant play online at all. every server, every game mode, every class ive tried has the same result..
