[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

I don't freeze but it just kicks me back to the PSN home page.

When is this issue being fixed I am gettin so annoyed. It was every game last night now it's every hour. Wtf. I have spoke to ea and they will not give me a straight answer. They just tell me we are working on this be patient. I just want to know when it will be fixed. Come on ea some communication would be nice. Let the community know what is going on.
