[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1.  5 seconds into spawn (just after joining the game)
  2. Right after deployment
  3. PS3 Slim
  4.  Mech. or Support
  5. It went from freezing half way through a match to freezing as soon as I deploy for the first time.
