[INFO REQUEST] PS3/XBOX360 freezing/crash issues

We need some of your information in order to investigate some freezing issues with the PS3 and XBox360 console. It would be great if you guys could provide us with the following data, it will help us...

  1. What were you doing before the game froze? (E.g. just joined server, in the middle of the match) Nothing. Just started game
  2. Where is it freezing? (E.g. on the deploy screen/ when player clicks deploy) Hainan Resort loading screen
  3. What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have (Slim, Super Slim, 1st generation) Xbox 360- Orginal 250HD
  4. What class were you playing at the time the game froze Just started- last class I played was support
  5. Do you have any additional information for us? I have cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled all downloads (title, china rising and 1st update).  Any I still freeze. 
  6. I've played this game for over 20 gaming hours.  Out of the 10 times I've tried to play Hainan Resort, I've only loaded into game 3 times.  I'm usually Engineer or Support Class
  7. I also freeze during DawnBreaker game.  I can load into game, although within 5 minutes of playing I freeze.  Again, I'm usually Engineer or Support.  I've froze while running, flying an attach heli and firing the gun. 
  8. No problems on any other maps.
  9. Please fix, so frustrated.

Word for word, my exact situation. Hainan resort. Just pull the damn map from the rotation before you fix it. Glad you guys spent millions on advertisements, and not on play testing. This is inexcusable.

    Here is the list of maps in order of appearance:


    Map rotation:
    Siege of Shanghai
    Lancing Dam
    Zavod 311
    Hainan
    Flood Zone
    Dawnbreaker
    Rogue Transmission
    Parcel Storm
    Goldmond Railway
    Operation locker

    Search for Flood or Rogue for maximum playtime before having to RESET your Xbox. You're welcome for my $60.
