We are currently investigating this issue, but would like to gather some information to resolve this issue as quickly as we can. Possible Solutions: We have received some reports that rolling your drivers back from the beta drivers to 13.9 should address this issue. Additionally, completely uninstalling your graphics drivers, and reinstalling the most current stable release has also shown some promise. However, if you have tried this, and are still running into the dreaded Red Screen, then we need to gather a bit more information from you. While I understand you may have posted this in another thread, for the sake of organization and ensuring we are gathering information from individuals who are still experiencing this issue, we would love it if you could post this again. Temporary fix is to leave after each map and rejoin to avoid the auto map switch.. no idea why this would be any different from how the game handles the map transfer automatically, but it works.

Okay, did some thorough testing.
Radeon HD6950 2GB
Windows 8.1 x64
13.9. Also tried on 13.11 Beta6 and Beta7, same problem still.
Tried running in compatibility mode aswell - Windows 8. Crashes for me when map switching (so no red screen, just crashes to desktop). However, it hangs more often, crashes more often midgame.
This is the most recent crash, but it seems to be a 'normal' crash to desktop. If you get a red screen, a failure like that is not recorded in the reliability history!

I tried Windows 7 compatibility mode and still BF4 BSODs. I tried BETA drivers, I unistalled them and instaleld the one that I have now. This is the only game that crashes on my computer.

EDIT: Also a funny thing is I only get blue screens when it map changes while i'm streaming to twitch.tv instead of a red screen. Not sure if this helps but could lead to something i guess. This happened the other day but i didn't think much of it at the time but it got to the point when i just stopped streamming all together and got the scary red sceen for the first time instead :/

I've been getting the "Red screen of death" as well as a "bad_pool_caller" crash unfortunately these crashes aren't recorded into the reliability history so below is my requested PC spec info
AMD Radeon HD7770
Windows 8.1 64bit
Currently running 13.11 Beta drivers rolled back to 13.9 with a clean install of the drivers and did not fix the issue.
