install error 327683:0

Hello, im having: several problems with my Origin including refusing to launch until about 30 minutes later and the install button being 'hollow' if you will. Yesterday, after origin finally launching and the install button miraculously working, i tried to install Battlefield 4. This went fine until 99% where i was faced with an error "327683:0 ". After restarting my PC and launching origin, i found that the install button would not work.  To conclude, please help me!!! 🙂
