Installation stuck at 32%

i tried downloading and installing the game via origns however the installation keep stuck at 32% tried deleting installation files and re-download and install again still has the same problem. ...

    If you can't restart the install process you can shut down Origin, then it should start up again when Origin fires back up. 


    I'm not sure what you mean by the refund part, can you elaborate?

what if it doesnt let you restart the instalation and wont give refund
