Installed the game but now it says I don't own it

I installed the game with the account ConveningA. I played the game with the account ConveningA for a day. Get on the next day and play it again. XP and other stuff it slow. Decide to get off and try...

Were you signed into that account?  Because you are posting here with a different account, and you could have signed in with this one, which would mean you dont own the game on that account.

@TapouTony420 I can't access my battlelog account because of there's something wrong with my email account thats not allowing me to access my mail to reset the password on my battlelog. I have to post on this account so I can actually get help.
