Hello @allred27
Microsoft Edge doesn't support plugin for battlelog. If you are using another browser, please check these links:
Guide to reinstall the Battlelog plugin
PC Troubleshooting steps for Battlelog in Chrome (For Google Chrome)
Use internet explorer, it'll solve your problem.

I have a brand new computer, last week, got Win 10 Pro (don't get Win 10 until they fix it)
Ive tried IE and Chrome and get different error messages from both -
Chrome says -
"You were disconnected from EA Online. Please check your internet connection or try again later. ⚽"
This error has been going on for the past year yet EA either refuses to fix it or cant. How EA has not posted a direct link to possible resolutions on their page is crazy considering how many people this affects.
My EA Help query came back with "We respond to this query by phone, please check the forums for possible solutions until then"
In a nutshell they are saying we just make the game, if it doesn't work on your computer then bad luck. Go figure it out your self.
Ive opened ports, fixed ActiveX cleared the Cache in CMD prompt and still nothing. Fuking 5-6 hours wasted for a fix that EA should have already sorted in the programming so the downstream user doesn't get fuked around
IE says -
Ive forgotten but Ill come back.
Anyone with help is appreciated.

I believe there is also a backward compatibility issue with Win10 as I cant register any of my programs I've reinstalled and Office only registered after about 10 attempts. Cant register ant Adobe products so I reckon there is a connectivity/compatibility issue that EA and Microsoft haven't/cant figure out
So far, what i know. Disconnection from EA online
You have to restart your Origin. logout and login again to origin. try this if you havn't already.
Chrome has said that it will be discontinuing the plugin type that the battlelog plugin is, try using mozilla firefox, that works fine for me and i also have windows 10

Actually, the plugin will not be needed in the future in Chrome as it's functionality has been built into Origin. It already works like that in Hardline.
Idk about you guys. but i had many issues. low FPS.. couldn't join a game lots of times.
And almost all my problems i fixed by myself (One was really helpful when someone told me to disable origin in-game)
Had no idea Disconnection from EA is really a huge problem for others.
Always when i have problem with joining a game. i do just few things.
First. i check my task manager and look what is going on with my bf(3/4).exe
After that. if i cant join a game. or its stuck on "joining" or i just starting and then closing.
i just restart Origin.
Restarting origin solved for me "EA disconnected" and solved for me "Shut down BF4 using task manager"
and thats it
In short. stop searching for exact answer.
logout from battlelog. close browser. close origin and start origin again.
And restarting the PC is also helpful.

I've logged out and in. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and origin. I got on last night by clearing DNS cache in Commend but that was short lived and was booted and now cant get back in. Super frustrated

I tried you sugestings, I still couldn't get it working. I even uninstall/reinstalled BF4 and Origin. I went back to windows 8.1 and I can play agin. To bad windows 10 seems like it was pretty good.
