"Internal server error" trying to make emblem!!!

I can see that there was topics with this problem, but I will keep posting new cause none of EA agents seems to replay on any of them with some conclusion for this. I have made new platoon, so now all I need is to make some emblem for it, "NOT" CUSTOM ONE!! but simple one, with objects that is already there. Every time I click on EDIT PLATOON EMBLEM the cube is rotating above next to BF logo and nothing happens, when I refresh page it gives me blank page with one text on it I left corner of screen "Internal server error". I went with this problem on EA chat, I told the agent my issues and he told me, "as I check the platoon thing, the option for editing "custom" emblem its disabled" I sad to him I DON'T NEED CUSTOM EDITING, I WANT TO MAKE EMBLEM WITH BL OWN OBJECTS THAT IT GIVES ME, and he just keeps telling me that no the custom emblem is disabled. So am asking my self am I here stupid or you guys (EA), getting this agents to work for you who do not understand a thing that we are trying to say, spending 30min trying to let agent understand what your problem really is.

Pls we need fix on this as I can see others are having same problem, and you are not doing anything about it!!!!
