Community AdminThanks for your posts. Can I check if the commander games are showing up in your battlelogs? You can check under stats>reports. Identify the match in question and choose to View Full Report.
Also, if you see this again, can you check your xp levels in case this is just a display issue, or in case the xp is added later(there have been some delays with battlelog updating.
Can I check which consoles your soldiers play on, too?

Hello, just checked and my issue is not a visual one. The ribbons, bonuses, unlocks, assignments are not being utilized. Ive even noticed in a game with the app where my team wins the opposing commander player is out scoring myself by huge numbers, numbers I saw myself when I was recieveig ribbons just last week. Please help, ive tried uninstalling and re installing and no change. Thank you for your time.

On xbox 360 - works fine when playing on xbox
PS4. I pulled down the latest update (480MB) on the iPad. Played on my PS4 profile for two rounds. One strange thing. In game my rank is 102, but the iPad only showed 100 in game. But it showed other players on the Scoreboard with correct ranks above 100. The profile selection screen showed the correct rank though. At the end of the round, no points, no XP, no progression and no ribbons. Also checked my Battlelog again and there was no record that I ever played a round as Commander. This is now Day 6 of it not working.
