I played some commander last night (Dec 17th 2013, ~ 2 am Pacific) on my iPad 2. Console is PS4. No ribbons awarded. No medals awarded. (I got very close to the commander resupply medal, when the app used to work, and have more than earned it with the games played since, but it has not been awarded.)
I've checked battlelog, and there is not even a record of the games being played at all. Have a look for yourself here
I am also experiencing what some of the other posters here have said, a mismatch between my rank in battlelog, and my rank in game. Sometimes in PS4, I will get the notification of a rank promotion, and then stop playing for the day, when I check battlelog, It shows me still at the previous level, but close to promotion.
This issue seems to have happened around the time China Rising was released. I was really enjoying the commander experience, but now I'm going to stop playing it until it is fixed. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information/reproductions.
