Same problem. no ribbons!

I have been having the same problem using the Android app on my Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 and i play the game on the xbox 360 i get an overall commander score at the completion of the round but i get no rewards (ribbons) for in game achievements i.e gun ship deployments, scan use, resupply ect this has been a problem since i first downloaded the app when it first became available on the Android store.
It would awesome if EA/DICE would acknoledge the problem. This has been going on for a month now. Still no resolution.
ive tried it on the ipad and on a samsung galaxy tab 3.0 and also get nothing. ive removed the app on both tablets and reinstalled and still nothing. lets just face facts everyone. Dice and EA have already got our money our only option from this point is to wait for whenever OR send a message to both by not purchasing anymore of there software till they understand that its our money that is talking.
Personally i love battlefield all in all. but locking up every hour whenever it feels like it. not veterans pack, no tablets commander not working. seems hire a few more engineers to fix your problems with in a timely fashion or get out of the software business
