iPad Commander App not awarding ribbons or XP.

Commander on Ipad with xbox 360 account now working again awarding ribbons etc. about time. Now just wish I could get all the service stars and XP I've missed out on since early December. My guess is I'm about 40-60 registered hours game time and about 100,000+ XP down on where I should be.

UPDATE: commander battle report claims I've been awarded the conquest medal 96 times. I don't see nearly 1 million points on my XP. Also, winner ribbon XP not being awarded. Seems to be because the ribbon pops up after the game end splash screen so is not awarded much like any scan bonuses etc aren't awarded if they occur after the end of round splash screen.

UPDATE UPDATE: latest server patch seems to have screwed the app again. Scan UAV not even showing as asset so can't use it. Some objectives in conquest not showing on screen - just not there for some reason. Seems that any time an opposing soldier gets a kill they become a HVT, Instead of after a 6-kill streak. Cruise missile animation is nice I guess but a bit pointless. Can now see any commo rose dialogue from soldiers but does not show which squad they are on and also seems to spam the display - this may have caused the scan UAV to be pushed off asset list for space? End of round winner ribbon points stills not being awarded.
